About the role

The Store Manager is responsible for driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth daily operations of the retail outlet. You will lead a team of retail staff, maintain visual standards, and promote the company’s loyalty program to boost repeat business.

Key responsibilities

• Guide and motivate staff to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge, fashion trends, and brand information to minimize stock loss and enhance customer service.
• Implement operating procedures and ensure compliance with brand and company policies at all times.
• Apply creative techniques to exceed store sales goals and maintain optimal stock levels.
• Conduct weekly audits of store administration, resolve discrepancies, and manage stockroom organization.
• Oversee daily roster, leave requests, and staff grievances.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards according to set VM guidelines.
• Promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program to encourage repeat sales.
• Provide regular feedback to the Area Manager regarding employees and product performance.
• Ensure store security vigilance and adherence to safety protocols.
• Stay informed about all group brands to enable effective suggestive selling.
• Handle end‑to‑end store operations, including heavy lifting and extended standing periods.

Required profile

• Fashionable, well‑groomed appearance with strong product knowledge.
• Physically fit to stand for long periods and perform heavy lifting.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to maintain high standards of visual merchandising.
• Strong communication skills to brief staff and provide feedback to management.
• Vigilant about store security and safety procedures.
