Strategic Planning Specialist

About the role

The Strategic Planning Specialist will support the Ministry in developing and executing strategies that align with its long‑term objectives. Working closely with the Manager of Strategic Planning, the role ensures that key performance indicators are defined and that strategic initiatives are effectively monitored.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve the Ministry’s goals.
• Assist in preparing and tracking key performance indicators.
• Support the Manager of Strategic Planning in overseeing strategy execution.
• Analyze data from multiple sources to provide actionable insights.
• Design and follow up on strategic initiatives and projects.
• Contribute to the development of organizational structures, policies, and procedures.

Required profile

• Familiarity with relevant policies, procedures and systems.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent planning, organization and prioritization skills.
• Proficiency in Arabic (spoken and written).
• Demonstrated integrity, accountability and teamwork.
