Strategy Consultant - AI Training & Evaluation (MBB & Top‑Tier Firms)

About the role

We are building a Management Consulting domain that translates real‑world consulting engagements into structured learning environments for advanced AI systems. As a remote, project‑based consultant you will design realistic consulting scenarios and evaluation frameworks that help AI agents learn high‑level business reasoning.

Key responsibilities

• Create detailed project scenarios that reflect authentic engagement dynamics, including industry context, financial data, constraints, and incomplete information.
• Design structured consulting tasks for AI agents such as market sizing, commercial due diligence, cost optimization, growth strategy, operational diagnosis, and benchmarking.
• Develop grading frameworks, evaluation rubrics, and golden‑answer solutions to train and calibrate an LLM‑based grading system.
• Collaborate with the AI and data teams to ensure the consulting tasks are accurately represented and measurable.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on consulting experience at McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY‑Parthenon, Kearney, or Strategy&.
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous client problems into analytical plans.
• Experience building financial models, market analyses, and synthesising findings from messy inputs.
• Track record of delivering client‑ready recommendations under tight deadlines and uncertainty.

Required skills

• None specific technical tools are required; onboarding on lightweight tools will be provided.
