About the role
Madre Integrated Engineering is hiring a Structural Foreman for an offshore position in Qatar. The foreman supervises structural fabrication, installation and repair works and coordinates with welders, fitters, riggers and site supervisors.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise structural fabrication, installation and repair works.
- Coordinate with welders, fitters, riggers and site supervisors.
- Read and interpret structural drawings and work instructions.
- Ensure work is completed according to project specifications and safety standards.
- Monitor manpower, tools, materials and daily work progress.
Required profile
- Relevant offshore experience as Structural Foreman or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of structural steel fabrication and installation works.
- Ability to read structural drawings and guide site teams.
- Offshore certificates such as T-BOSIET, H2S and OMF.
- Available to join immediately.
