Studio Associate – Retail & Event Support

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Studio Associate to join our retail and entertainment team. You will work both on‑site at our shop and off‑site at client locations, providing excellent customer service and supporting special events such as birthday parties.

Key responsibilities

• Serve customers during scheduled shifts, handling sales and cash transactions.
• Assist with pop‑up events, outside locations and high‑traffic periods, ensuring the shop is fully staffed.
• Facilitate off‑site assignments at client homes, hotels or apartments, setting up and managing birthday parties and other events.
• Maintain the workstation, close the shop and manage remaining customers after shift end.
• Adapt to flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends and occasional extra hours.

Required profile

• Willingness to work varied hours and locations, including remote assignments.
• Ability to live in provided accommodation or commute as needed.
• Reliability to meet mandatory “7th hour” and post‑shift responsibilities.
• Positive attitude and strong customer‑focused mindset.
