Supply Chain Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Supply Chain Coordinator to support our e‑commerce operations in the fashion and luxury sector. The role will oversee the end‑to‑end supply process, from supplier coordination and purchase‑order management to inventory control and inbound tracking, ensuring product availability and smooth flow.

Key responsibilities

• Raise, track, and close purchase orders while maintaining accuracy in quantities, lead times, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with suppliers on replenishment, product availability, onboarding of new SKUs, samples, minimum order quantities, and required documentation.
• Monitor inventory levels and trigger replenishment orders proactively to avoid stockouts.
• Conduct quality checks on incoming products and resolve inbound shipment discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records in the ERP system and evaluate supplier performance against agreed standards.
• Perform basic competitor price checks to support the pricing team.

Required profile

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, inventory management or a similar role.
• Solid understanding of purchase‑order management, replenishment planning, lead‑time management and vendor coordination.
• Familiarity with the fashion and luxury retail landscape in an e‑commerce context.
• Detail‑oriented, organised, reliable and able to work autonomously.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems.
• Proficiency in Shopify.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office.
