Supply Coordinator – Fleet Operations

About the role

The Supply Coordinator will manage all supply‑related operations within the fleet department, ensuring efficient handling of vehicle supplies, spare parts, documentation and vendor coordination to keep daily operations running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and enforce driver behavior compliance with company SOPs, including quality standards, conduct, uniform, hygiene, and delivery instructions.
• Coordinate the supply and distribution of fleet‑related materials, such as spare parts, uniforms, and accessories.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock availability for operational needs.
• Ensure recovery and proper return of company merchandise from third‑party logistics providers, tracking, follow‑ups and escalation when needed.
• Conduct training and refresher sessions for drivers on behavior standards, application usage, and policy updates.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (BI, Customer Support, Vendor Ops, Marketing, etc.) to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Prepare and share regular operational reports on compliance, incidents, and key issues with stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in supply or logistics coordination, preferably in a fleet or transport environment.
• Strong knowledge of fleet operations, maintenance and supply procedures.
• Excellent organizational, communication and time‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with ERP or inventory management systems.
