Talent Acquisition Associate – Build High‑Performing Recruiting Team

About the role

Snoonu is looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to lead the end‑to‑end recruitment process and shape a scalable hiring strategy. You will work in a fast‑growing environment, supporting both technology and core business hiring needs while championing diversity and inclusion.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute a talent acquisition strategy aligned with rapid business growth.
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters to ensure high performance and engagement.
• Enhance employer branding across social media, job boards, events, and partnerships.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for immediate and future hiring needs.
• Provide data‑driven recruitment metrics and reports to inform decision‑making.
• Promote diverse and inclusive hiring practices in line with company values.
• Oversee relationships with external recruitment agencies and platforms.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience hiring for tech and non‑tech roles in high‑growth startups or similar environments.
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement recruitment strategies, processes and systems.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Deep knowledge of local and international labor markets and compliance regulations in Qatar.
• Passion for building inclusive, diverse and dynamic teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ATS platforms and recruitment tools.
• Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and generate actionable insights.
