Team Lead – Enterprise Channels

About the role

Doha Bank is looking for an experienced Team Lead – Enterprise Channels to drive the development, integration, and support of its digital banking platforms. The role will manage a team of developers and specialists, ensuring the stability, security, and performance of Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, API integrations, and other digital services.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of application developers and specialists responsible for enterprise channel solutions.
• Oversee design, development, implementation, and support of Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, and Digital Banking applications.
• Drive integration of enterprise channels with core banking systems, payment systems, and third‑party applications.
• Review solution designs, technical specifications, and code to ensure quality, security, and scalability.
• Manage application releases, deployments, incident resolution, and production support activities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, vendors, project teams, and infrastructure teams to deliver strategic initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with internal security standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
• Participate in digital transformation initiatives and recommend innovative technology solutions.
• Mentor and develop team members while promoting best practices in software development and Agile delivery.
• Monitor application performance and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in application development, integration, and support.
• At least 3 years of experience leading technical teams or software development projects.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities.
• Banking, Financial Services, or FinTech experience is mandatory.
