Team Leader - Finance

About the role

The Finance Team Leader will support the efficient operation of the finance department at Hyatt Regency Doha, ensuring alignment with Hyatt International corporate strategies and brand standards. This role combines strong financial oversight with a commitment to delivering exceptional service to guests, owners and colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the efficient running of the finance department in line with corporate strategies and brand standards.
• Oversee daily accounting functions and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Support team members to deliver high‑quality service to guests, owners and employees.
• Maintain compliance with internal controls and external regulations.

Required profile

• Relevant degree or diploma in Finance, Commerce or Hospitality/Tourism management.
• Previous finance experience in luxury hotel brands with ability to adapt to diverse cultures.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
• Ability to work under pressure with great attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft applications (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
