Tech Lead – Conversational AI & Driver Automation

About the role

Snoonu is seeking a Tech Lead to own and drive its Conversational AI and Driver Automation platform. You will guide a team of AI and Python backend engineers to transform operational SOPs into autonomous, real‑time workflows for drivers across Qatar.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and grow a cross‑functional team of AI and Python engineers.
• Define technical roadmap, set engineering standards, and own end‑to‑end delivery.
• Architect, maintain and improve the IVR system, ensuring low latency and high reliability.
• Design and ship a multi‑agent chatbot service on AWS Bedrock, handling driver intents such as order removal, ETA changes, and escalations.
• Build and operate the SOP‑as‑Code framework that converts PDF‑based SOPs into machine‑readable policies.
• Collaborate with R&D, Product and Operations to align technical decisions with business goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading AI‑focused engineering teams.
• Strong background in designing scalable, production‑grade AI services.
• Hands‑on expertise in Python development and cloud architectures.
• Ability to translate business processes into automated, code‑driven solutions.
