Technical Architect - MarTech

About the role

Join Qatar Airways Group IT Customer & Digital Platforms as a Technical Architect focused on Marketing Technology. You will design, govern, and deliver enterprise‑scale Customer Data Platform solutions using Adobe Experience Platform, ensuring they meet business goals, privacy regulations, and architecture standards.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end architecture of Adobe Experience Platform, covering ingestion, transformation, storage, governance and activation.
• Design and govern XDM schemas, identity namespaces, profile enablement and event taxonomy across web, mobile, CRM, loyalty and offline sources.
• Define and enforce data‑governance, consent and privacy controls in line with regulatory and corporate standards.
• Lead integration design between AEP and upstream/downstream systems such as GCP data lake, CRM, marketing channels, BI and personalization tools.
• Provide technical leadership for CDP initiatives, PoCs and large‑scale implementations, and evaluate vendor‑led solutions.
• Collaborate with data engineering teams on batch and streaming ingestion pipelines, APIs and performance optimisation.
• Support production operations, issue triage and continuous improvement of the CDP platform.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and delivering large‑scale CDP or marketing‑technology solutions.
• Strong understanding of data governance, privacy regulations and consent management.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional teams including business stakeholders, data engineers and external vendors.
