Technical Lead

About the role

The Technical Lead will drive the architecture, design, development and operational support of enterprise applications, digital platforms and eCommerce solutions. This position combines hands‑on development, cloud engineering, integration, DevSecOps and AI enablement to deliver secure, scalable and business‑aligned technology outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead application development, technical design reviews and delivery of enterprise solutions.
• Produce design and architecture artefacts for complex integration and security deployments.
• Develop and maintain applications using .NET, Next.js, Nest.js, MS SQL, NoSQL, TypeScript, HTML5 and CSS3.
• Design and implement integrations with SaaS platforms, ERP systems, payment gateways and external business systems.
• Oversee enterprise integration initiatives using REST APIs, micro‑services, middleware, Apache NiFi, API Management and iPaaS.
• Implement Identity and Access Management solutions (Microsoft Entra ID, SSO, MFA, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, SAML).
• Manage deployment and support across on‑premises, hybrid cloud, Azure, AWS, OpenShift, Kubernetes and Docker environments.
• Champion DevSecOps, CI/CD automation, security scanning and secure software development practices.
• Lead root‑cause analysis, performance optimisation, production support and continuous improvement.
• Mentor development teams and drive AI onboarding and intelligent automation initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading large‑scale enterprise application and integration projects.
• Strong understanding of cloud adoption, security governance and AI‑driven transformation.
• Ability to produce high‑level and low‑level design documentation and ensure compliance with architecture standards.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.
