About the role
ReActive Health is a Qatar‑based healthtech startup developing a digital platform for workplace musculoskeletal health. We are looking for a hands‑on Founding Engineer / Technical Lead to own the technical architecture, build secure backend services, and lead the development of Android and iOS applications.
Key responsibilities
- Own the technical architecture and development roadmap.
- Develop secure backend services, APIs and account management.
- Build and release Android and iOS applications.
- Improve reliability, data protection, testing and deployment.
- Translate clinical and product requirements into practical features.
- Establish engineering standards and support future team growth.
Required profile
- Proven experience delivering full‑stack products and mobile applications.
- Ability to work independently and make sound technical decisions.
- Digital‑health, AI integration or startup experience is advantageous.

- JavaScript/TypeScript
