Technical Project Manager (ICT Network)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the planning, design, implementation, and delivery of large‑scale ICT and network infrastructure projects. The role combines strong project management capabilities with deep technical expertise in enterprise networking, telecommunications, data centers, and cloud connectivity.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of ICT network projects, managing scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Coordinate multi‑disciplinary technical teams including network architects, engineers, cybersecurity, and cloud specialists.
• Serve as primary liaison between internal stakeholders, vendors, and end customers, translating technical concepts into business language.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and industry standards.
• Oversee system testing, acceptance, and operational readiness activities.
• Manage third‑party vendors, monitor performance, and ensure contract deliverables are met.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred).
• PMP certification and Cisco CCNP or CCIE certification.
• 10+ years of experience in ICT networks and 5+ years in project management of network projects.
• Proven experience delivering city‑wide, multi‑site network initiatives.
