About the role
We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join Nozomi Networks’ Delivery department. You will provide post‑sales break‑fix, consulting and collaboration to resolve technical issues for our OT and IoT cybersecurity platform, ensuring excellent customer service and continuous process improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver post‑sales support, troubleshooting, and consulting for infrastructure design, deployment, testing and optimisation.
- Interact with customers to resolve issues and coordinate with Product and Engineering teams.
- Develop and maintain deep knowledge of Nozomi Networks’ product line and create or update knowledge‑base content.
- Provide white‑glove treatment for critical accounts and replicate customer issues in a lab environment before escalation.
- Understand critical account infrastructure and technical environments.
Required profile
- Proven experience in a customer‑facing technical support or systems engineering role.
- Background in network security, installations and operation of security appliances in large, complex environments.
- Strong troubleshooting abilities and solid written and spoken English.
- Ability to work with confidentiality and data‑privacy protocols.
