Technology Services Controller (Network & Telecom)

About the role

The Technology Services Controller will support project and operational activities to ensure that network and telecom services are secure, reliable, and available 24/7 for airport operations. This role focuses on private 4G/5G and Cisco unified communication infrastructures.

Key responsibilities

• Provide 24x7 technical support for private 4G/5G and Cisco unified communication platforms.
• Maintain design, configuration, and SOP documentation for telecom infrastructure.
• Plan and design telecom and collaboration infrastructure, including site surveys, cellular coverage, and capacity planning.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis of incidents and implement corrective actions following change management procedures.
• Contribute to the design, implementation, and operation of the airport’s private 4G/5G network.
• Identify innovative products/features to improve customer experience.
• Secure telecom and collaboration infrastructure against unauthorized access and threats.
• Support telecom projects, ensuring compliance with quality standards, cost targets, and timelines.
• Liaise with external suppliers and internal teams to meet business requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electronics Engineering, Telecommunication, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• 5‑6 years of relevant experience in a large enterprise or telecom service provider.
• Mandatory CCNP certification in Unified Communication or 4G/5G (or equivalent).
• Hands‑on experience managing large‑scale private 4G/5G and Cisco unified communication infrastructures.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills for connectivity, interference, and security issues.
• Strong written and spoken English.
