Telesales Agent – Freshers Welcome

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic Telesales Agents to join our growing team. Whether you are an experienced sales professional or a fresh graduate, you will be responsible for contacting prospective customers, promoting our mobile and internet services, and delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and promote products and services.
• Generate sales by recommending suitable mobile plans, internet packages, and value‑added services.
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Upsell and cross‑sell products to maximise sales opportunities.
• Follow up with potential customers and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Handle customer inquiries and objections professionally.
• Adhere to quality standards, call scripts and company policies.
• Maintain high productivity levels and stay updated on product knowledge, promotions and pricing.

Required profile

• Fresh graduates or freshers with exceptional communication, negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Excellent interpersonal abilities and a positive, target‑driven attitude.
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast‑paced sales environment.
• Basic computer skills; experience with CRM systems is a plus.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
