About the role
Join Vodafone Qatar’s COPS department as a Telesales & Retention Advisor. You will engage customers through inbound and outbound calls, helping them transition to better plans, retain their services, and discover new Vodafone products.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct telesales activities such as migrating prepaid customers to postpaid, upgrading postpaid plans, and selling new offerings like GigaHome, new postpaid contracts, and mobile broadband connections.
- Handle disconnection requests from postpaid customers, aiming to retain them by resolving issues and presenting appropriate retention offers.
- Manage multiple customer interactions, including digital leads, trouble tickets, complaints, and escalations.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions using the company’s CRM system.
Required profile
- Minimum high‑school diploma.
- Previous experience in a contact‑center or telesales environment.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong sales aptitude and good knowledge of handsets and accessories.
