Tender Specialist – Manpower & Service Contracts

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Tender Specialist to lead the full tender lifecycle for manpower and service contracts in Qatar. The successful candidate will ensure every bid meets client requirements, complies with regulations, and is delivered on time.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, track, and evaluate tender opportunities for manpower and service contracts.
• Manage the end‑to‑end tendering process, including pre‑qualification, preparation, and submission.
• Prepare technical and commercial bid documents in line with tender specifications.
• Review scope of work, contractual conditions, and tender specifications.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, Operations, and other internal teams to gather required inputs.
• Develop cost estimates, pricing strategies, and commercial proposals.
• Maintain organized records of all tenders, submissions, and supporting documents.
• Monitor deadlines and ensure timely submission of bids.
• Liaise with clients for clarifications, amendments, and post‑bid discussions.
• Support contract negotiations and handover to execution teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in tendering for manpower or service contracts.
• Prior experience in Qatar or the GCC region is preferred.
