Trade Marketing Manager

About the role

Our client, a leading consumer‑goods organization, is looking for a Trade Marketing Manager to drive in‑store visibility and product performance across multiple sales channels. The role works closely with Sales and Marketing teams to design and execute trade initiatives that support commercial objectives and strengthen relationships with distributors and retailers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual trade‑marketing strategies aligned with commercial goals.
• Plan, launch and monitor promotional campaigns across modern and general trade channels.
• Activate product launches through effective in‑market activities and point‑of‑sale merchandising.
• Analyse sales data, market trends and competitor actions to recommend commercial initiatives.
• Collaborate with sales teams to improve market execution and support category‑management projects.
• Manage trade‑marketing budgets, track campaign effectiveness and produce performance reports.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retail partners and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in trade marketing within FMCG, retail or consumer‑goods environments.
• Deep understanding of modern trade and general trade dynamics.
• Proven experience managing distributor and retail activation programmes.
• Strong analytical, commercial and project‑management capabilities.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.
