Transaction Banking IT Project Manager (OBDX)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Transaction Banking IT Project Manager to lead our OBDX and digital banking initiatives in Qatar. The role involves overseeing large‑scale migration and implementation projects, ensuring seamless delivery across technology, operations and business teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, govern and monitor project schedules, budgets, risks and issues for transaction banking and digital migration programmes.
• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate stakeholder communication to align technical solutions with business objectives.
• Lead data migration, reconciliation and cut‑over activities, including SIT, UAT, production deployment and post‑go‑live support.
• Drive legacy system migration to new digital platforms, ensuring data integrity and operational continuity.

Required profile

• 10‑15 years of experience in banking technology project management, with strong exposure to transaction and digital banking.
• Proven track record of delivering large‑scale implementation or migration projects in the banking sector.
• PMP certification and solid knowledge of project governance, budgeting and senior stakeholder reporting.
