Transformation Consultant – Core Banking (Temenos T24)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Core Banking Transformation Consultant with deep expertise in Temenos Transact (T24). The consultant will act as a client‑side subject‑matter expert, driving requirement gathering, process redesign, operational readiness, and data migration for large‑scale retail and corporate banking transformation programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Support end‑to‑end Temenos T24 transformation, including implementation, migration, upgrades and roll‑outs.
• Define Target Operating Models for retail and corporate banking and identify optimisation opportunities.
• Gather, analyse and document business requirements; produce BRDs, FSDs, business rules and process flows.
• Lead data migration activities: mapping, cleansing, validation and balance reconciliation.
• Manage SIT and UAT cycles, create test scenarios, handle defect triage and ensure requirements are met.
• Provide Islamic banking transformation support, covering Islamic accounts, deposits, Murabaha, Ijara, Tawarruq, Wakalah and profit distribution.
• Coordinate with core‑banking vendors, IT, business and operations teams to resolve issues and align deliverables.
• Develop SOPs, user manuals and training materials; deliver user training and support post‑go‑live stabilisation.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Core Banking SME/Business Analyst on Temenos T24 projects.
• Strong knowledge of retail and corporate banking operations.
• Hands‑on experience with Islamic banking processes and Temenos Payment Hub (TPH).
• Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
