Transportation & Installation Lead

About the role

The Transportation & Installation Lead is a member of the Project Management Team (PMT) responsible for overseeing the execution of fixed‑facility Transportation and Float‑Over Installation (T&I) operations, including work on compression platforms and living quarter topsides.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise EPCI contractor activities related to the review of T&I engineering deliverables.
• Lead execution planning and preparation for transportation and installation projects.
• Develop procedures and ensure vessels and equipment are prepared for loadout, seafastening, transportation, mooring and installation.
• Coordinate inspections, surveys and testing approvals.
• Manage mobilization activities to ensure timely and safe execution of T&I operations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing transportation and installation projects for offshore or fixed facilities.
• Strong understanding of engineering deliverables, execution planning and contractor supervision.
• Ability to develop and implement procedures for complex offshore operations.
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills to handle inspections, surveys and testing processes.
