Treasury Manager

About the role

The Treasury Manager will lead the Family Office’s treasury function, overseeing liquidity, banking relationships and funding to support investment activities and long‑term wealth preservation. Reporting to the CEO and working closely with the Chief Investment Officer, the role ensures capital is deployed efficiently while maintaining robust financial governance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Family Office’s treasury strategy.
• Manage liquidity and cash flow across multiple entities and investment structures.
• Build and maintain relationships with local and international banking partners.
• Oversee financing facilities, debt arrangements and capital allocation.
• Support acquisitions and investments by coordinating funding requirements.
• Manage foreign exchange exposure and treasury risk.
• Monitor financial markets and recommend appropriate treasury strategies.
• Develop treasury policies, controls and governance frameworks.
• Prepare treasury reporting and financial analysis for executive decision‑making.

Required profile

• 10–17 years of treasury leadership experience in a corporate, investment organisation or family office.
• Significant experience in Qatar with an established banking network.
• Strong understanding of liquidity management, financing and capital allocation.
• Commercial mindset with appreciation of investment activities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to operate with complete discretion and confidentiality.
• Professional qualification such as ACT, ACA, ACCA, CFA or equivalent.
• Experience working directly with CEOs, Boards or principals.
• Personal attributes: commercially minded, strategic thinker, trusted, discreet, analytically strong, pragmatic decision‑maker, highly organised, entrepreneurial, high integrity.
