Treasury Sales Manager

About the role

The Treasury Sales Manager will market and cross‑sell treasury products and services to existing corporate clients and attract new relationships, including large corporates, to meet financial and non‑financial targets. The role involves coordinating marketing strategies with relationship managers in Qatar and Dubai, and managing dealing activities on the FX and Money Market desks.

Key responsibilities

• Service top‑tier corporate accounts and desk accounts to achieve individual and team targets.
• Develop and execute a sales game plan for Treasury Capital Markets (TCM) across Qatar and Dubai.
• Create and market FX, interest‑rate, equity, bond and hybrid derivative structures.
• Maintain profitable buying/selling spreads and provide funding/cover for daily foreign‑exchange transactions.
• Manage foreign‑currency positions for Doha branches, ensuring compliance with overnight limits.
• Produce regular MIS reports, market research and client‑facing market reports.
• Develop counter‑party relationships to secure competitive pricing.
• Adhere to dealing‑room and credit limits, and uphold ethical standards.
• Contribute to the bank’s financial planning, forecasting and budgeting processes.

Required profile

• Post‑graduate qualification in finance, an MBA, or a CFA designation.
• 5–10 years of sales experience in a large financial institution, selling FX, interest‑rate and commodity products.
• Proven ability to acquire new corporate clients and grow treasury revenue.
