About the role
The Utility Systems Operator supports the daily operation of utility infrastructure, ensuring reliable performance, seamless data flow, and effective communication between field devices and central platforms. This role is essential for maintaining continuous service delivery and operational stability.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor system performance and guarantee uninterrupted operations.
- Troubleshoot connectivity, data, and system issues promptly.
- Coordinate activities with IT, engineering, and field teams to resolve problems and implement improvements.
- Maintain accurate logs, reports, and operational documentation.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in systems operations or a similar environment.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and coordination abilities.
