About the role
The Vendor Coordinator will manage daily operations for non‑food vendors on Talabat, ensuring partners are supported and performance targets are met. You will act as the main point of contact, driving inventory accuracy, promotions, and order efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain partner inventory with daily price, stock, SKU, and catalogue updates.
- Monitor pickers and order flow to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Design and manage manpower rosters for optimal picker utilization.
- Provide administrative assistance, resolve vendor issues, and implement promotions.
- Train vendors on internal tools, including Pelican, to streamline order processing.
- Identify and resolve delays by collaborating closely with partners.
- Create, deliver, and refresh training sessions for vendors.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar vendor‑coordination or operations role.
- Strong customer orientation with excellent verbal and written English communication.
- Logical thinking and data‑analysis abilities.
- Commitment to personal performance and continuous development.
- Effective organizational skills, adaptability, and teamwork.
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in Excel.
