Vertical Market Manager – FFI Sealing & Bonding

About the role

Sika AG is seeking a Vertical Market Manager for its FFI‑Sealing & Bonding segment in Doha. The role will drive market growth, develop go‑to‑market strategies and build key customer relationships to support the Business Unit’s objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive market analysis and industry research to identify trends, customer needs and growth opportunities.
• Define target customer segments and assess the competitive landscape to shape positioning.
• Develop and execute integrated marketing and sales strategies tailored to the vertical market.
• Establish and maintain strategic relationships with key customers, partners and stakeholders.
• Implement multi‑channel marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Optimize resource allocation and budget management for marketing and sales initiatives.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership on market performance and ROI.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Chemical, Polymer) or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 + years of experience in vertical market management, business development or strategic marketing within industrial or specialty chemicals.
• Proven track record of developing and executing go‑to‑market strategies and driving revenue growth.
• Strong analytical and market research capabilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with CRM systems.
• Familiarity with marketing analytics platforms.
