Vice President, Digital Solutions – Corporate

About the role

This role offers a unique opportunity for a visionary technology leader to define and execute the digital strategy for Qatar Airways’ corporate functions, including Finance, HR, Procurement, Legal, and more. You will own the technology roadmap, drive large-scale transformation initiatives and champion the adoption of digital platforms, advanced data capabilities, automation and artificial intelligence across the enterprise.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a corporate digital strategy and technology roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Partner with senior executives to identify digital innovation opportunities and influence enterprise-wide adoption.
• Lead the ERP and Corporate CRM Centres of Excellence to maximise enterprise value.
• Champion emerging technologies such as AI, analytics, automation and cloud adoption.
• Oversee large-scale ERP and CRM platforms, integrations and data ecosystems, ensuring security, scalability and resilience.
• Deliver complex projects on time, within budget and to high quality standards.
• Manage strategic vendor relationships and technology partnerships.
• Provide executive-level reporting on investment value, project performance and business outcomes.
• Build and lead a high-performing team of architects, engineers, product specialists and business analysts.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong track record managing ERP and CRM platforms and related integrations.
• Ability to work closely with senior executives and influence strategic decisions.
• Demonstrated leadership in building and mentoring high-performing technology teams.
