Voice Specialist – Interconnect & Billing Management

About the role

The Voice Specialist will own the end‑to‑end financial performance of voice services, ensuring accurate cost management, revenue tracking and margin optimisation. The role bridges commercial, finance and technical teams to guarantee high‑quality voice delivery and seamless interconnect billing.

Key responsibilities

• Manage termination costs and the Voice P&L, monitoring revenue, cost and margin.
• Maintain and track voice‑quality KPIs in partnership with the technology team.
• Coordinate with MA&RA to ensure precise reconciliation, billing and dispute resolution.
• Negotiate corridor agreements with APAC and Middle‑East carriers and oversee domestic voice commercial operations.
• Act as the commercial owner of traffic and billing management, liaising with finance for accurate interconnect cost booking.
• Collaborate with international carriers and technology teams to monitor service quality.
• Execute additional projects or tasks assigned by the line manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecom, IT or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in voice interconnect and carrier relations.
• Proven ability to influence cross‑functional teams and deliver commercial plans.
• Strong understanding of voice services, numbering ranges, short codes and local regulations.
