About the role
The waiter will prepare the dining hall before service, keep it clean and organized, and serve guests throughout their visit. Working closely with the captain waiter, the role ensures a smooth and hygienic dining experience.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in cleaning the restaurant each morning.
- Clean all service utensils before each service.
- Help the captain waiter set up the restaurant and prepare mise en place.
- Maintain a clean and presentable personal appearance.
- Transport food from the kitchen to the dining hall.
- Place food plates on guests' tables under the captain waiter’s guidance.
- Replace ashtrays and fill glasses with water during service.
- Clear tables after meals, clean them, and transport dirty dishes to the dishwashing area.
- Follow the captain waiter’s instructions and work under their supervision.
Required profile
- Ability to follow the captain waiter’s instructions.
- Maintain a high level of personal hygiene and a clean appearance.
- Commitment to keeping the dining area organized and sanitary.
