Waiter/Waitress – Accommodation Provided

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and reliable Waiter/Waitress to join our team at Ninja Ramen Restaurant. You will be responsible for delivering excellent service to guests, ensuring orders are accurate, and maintaining a clean dining environment. Accommodation is provided on‑site.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and take accurate food and beverage orders.
• Serve meals and drinks in a timely, professional manner.
• Maintain a tidy and organized dining area, including tables, chairs and service stations.
• Monitor and restock service supplies as needed.
• Communicate special requests and dietary restrictions to the kitchen.
• Present menus, promote specials and handle cash or card transactions accurately.
• Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Share information about Japanese cuisine and culture with guests.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a similar customer‑service role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of Japanese cuisine and culture is a plus.
