About the role
The restaurant is looking for a reliable waitress to prepare the dining area before service and maintain cleanliness throughout the shift. You will work closely with the captain waiter to ensure smooth operations and high hygiene standards.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in morning restaurant cleaning and set‑up.
- Clean all service utensils before each service.
- Support the captain waiter with mise en place preparation and table setup.
- Transport food from the kitchen to the dining hall and place plates on guests' tables.
- Refresh ashtrays, fill water glasses, and clear tables after meals.
- Carry dirty plates and glasses to the dishwashing area.
Required profile
- Maintain a clean appearance and high level of personal hygiene.
- Ability to follow instructions from the captain waiter and work under guidance.
