Water Systems Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Trainer – Water Systems to design and deliver technical training programs for engineering professionals. The role combines hands‑on instruction with classroom teaching to ensure trainees acquire both theoretical knowledge and practical skills in water system technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver theoretical and practical technical training on water systems.
• Assess trainee performance and competency, providing feedback and certification.
• Plan, schedule and coordinate training activities and sessions.
• Maintain training facilities, laboratories and related resources.
• Coach and mentor trainees throughout the learning journey.
• Continuously improve training materials, curricula and learning methodologies.
• Ensure all training activities comply with quality, safety and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent field.
• Train the Trainer (TTT) certification.
• Minimum of 5 years of engineering experience.
• Previous training or instructional experience preferred.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles applied to water systems.
