About the role

Join Compass International School Doha’s vibrant international community as a Whole School Performing Arts Teacher. You will deliver a bespoke curriculum based on the English National Curriculum, inspiring students across all ages to explore and excel in the performing arts.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging performing‑arts lessons for Early Years through Secondary students.
• Lead and support large‑scale school productions, concerts, showcases and community performances.
• Collaborate with colleagues across three campuses to build a cohesive performing‑arts culture.
• Integrate innovative teaching practices and technology to enhance student outcomes.
• Provide inclusive instruction for EAL learners, developing language, literacy and communication skills within the arts.

Required profile

• Passion for the performing arts and a proven track record of teaching across multiple age phases.
• Strong communication and motivational skills to create an energetic classroom environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural, international setting.
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive learning environment for students of varying English proficiency.

Required skills

• Curriculum planning and delivery aligned with the English National Curriculum.
• Experience organising school‑wide productions and performances.
• Knowledge of strategies for supporting EAL learners in the arts.
