Infrastructure Systems Administrator – Windows/Linux

About the role

The Infrastructure Systems Administrator will manage, maintain, and optimise enterprise IT environments across Windows and Linux platforms. You will ensure reliability, security and performance of servers, virtualisation, cloud and hybrid infrastructures.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and support Windows Server and Linux server environments.
• Operate and maintain VMware, Nutanix and other virtualisation platforms.
• Monitor system performance, backups and overall infrastructure availability.
• Perform troubleshooting, patching, upgrades and root‑cause analysis.
• Configure and manage Active Directory, Group Policies and user access.
• Support cloud and hybrid infrastructure services.
• Automate routine tasks using PowerShell, Bash or Ansible.
• Ensure security compliance and disaster‑recovery readiness.
• Maintain up‑to‑date documentation and monitoring reports.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in infrastructure administration, systems engineering or enterprise IT operations.
• Hands‑on experience with Windows Server, Linux, VMware, Nutanix and cloud platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Networking or a related field.
