Lead Digital Product Manager - Loyalty

About the role

As the Lead Digital Product Manager – Loyalty, you will drive digital revenue growth for Qatar Airways by shaping and executing the product roadmap for digital commerce tools. You will work closely with stakeholders across the Qatar Airways Group to translate business objectives into robust, scalable digital solutions that enhance the traveller experience.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the digital product roadmap aligned with division objectives.
• Develop and manage the program feature backlog, ensuring regular updates for stakeholders.
• Document new product features and enhancements based on traveller feedback and business needs.
• Partner with platform owners to shape long‑term capability roadmaps, considering industry trends and traveller expectations.
• Establish and monitor KPIs related to product usage, revenue, and retention, identifying optimisation opportunities.
• Conduct competitive analysis and stay abreast of technology developments to uncover new opportunities.
• Plan and execute user testing, feedback sessions, and A/B tests to refine features and eliminate usability issues.
• Lead refinement sessions to keep the backlog clean and aligned with product goals.
• Remove blockers and provide guidance, funding, and support to digital product pods.
