Accountant – Full Cycle & Financial Reporting

About the role

We are seeking a diligent Accountant to manage end‑to‑end accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and support treasury activities. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams and external auditors to maintain compliance and improve financial processes.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the general ledger, process accounts payable and receivable, and perform bank reconciliations.
• Execute timely month‑end and year‑end closing, delivering accurate financial statements and management reports.
• Monitor cash flow, manage petty cash, and assist with treasury functions.
• Support the preparation of annual budgets, variance analysis, and actual‑vs‑forecast tracking.
• Ensure compliance with local financial regulations, corporate policies, and IFRS guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors, providing schedules, documentation, and clarifications.
• Optimize financial processes and leverage ERP systems to enhance data integrity and departmental efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle accounting, including ledger maintenance and closing processes.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and local financial regulations.
• Experience preparing budgets, variance analyses, and cash‑flow forecasts.
• Ability to work with auditors and provide detailed documentation.
