Adventure Park Specialist

About the role

The Adventure Park Specialist works directly with guests at Banana Island Resort Doha, ensuring safe and enjoyable experiences on our climbing wall, rope courses, and zip‑line. You will guide participants, fit safety equipment, and support rescue operations in an outdoor, family‑friendly environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct safety briefings and fit harnesses for guests.
• Provide constant supervision and instruction on climbing walls, rope courses, and zip‑line activities.
• Assist guests with equipment use and retrieve participants from courses using ladders and technical climbing gear.
• Perform routine park maintenance such as painting safety cables, tightening platforms, and adjusting activity setups.
• Carry out basic landscaping, pruning, and gear maintenance tasks.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience as an Adventure Park Specialist or similar role.
• Comfortable working at heights and experienced with rope courses or zip‑line systems.
• Passionate about outdoor adventure activities and guest interaction.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Current internationally recognized First Aid/CPR certification.
