Adventure Park Specialist

About the role

The Adventure Park Specialist works on‑site at Banana Island Resort Doha By Anantara, delivering safe and enjoyable outdoor adventure experiences to guests. You will guide participants through climbing walls, rope courses and zip‑line activities while ensuring the highest standards of safety and customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Fit harnesses correctly and conduct thorough safety briefings.
• Provide constant supervision of clients on all courses.
• Ensure safety devices are properly attached and used.
• Assist clients with course instructions and provide brief assistance when needed.
• Retrieve clients from courses using ladders and technical climbing equipment.
• Maintain park infrastructure: paint safety cables, tighten platforms, adjust activities.
• Perform basic landscaping, pruning, and gear maintenance.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years experience as an Adventure Park Specialist or similar role.
• Comfortable working at heights and experienced with rope courses or zip‑line systems.
• Passionate about adventure activities and enjoys interacting with guests.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Current internationally recognized First Aid/CPR certification.
