Adventure Park Technician

About the role

The Adventure Park Technician ensures that all adventure park attractions at Banana Island Resort Doha operate safely and reliably. You will be responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing ropes courses, zip lines, climbing walls, and related equipment in line with manufacturer guidelines and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily pre‑opening inspections of all adventure park attractions and equipment.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on ropes courses, zip lines, climbing elements, harnesses, helmets, belay devices, and associated hardware.
• Inspect structural components, cables, platforms, anchors, pulleys, braking systems, and safety devices for operational integrity.
• Repair or replace worn or damaged components as required and keep detailed maintenance records.
• Support annual inspections, third‑party safety audits, and emergency response procedures.
• Maintain workshop tools, spare‑parts inventory, and ensure work areas are clean and hazard‑free.
• Coordinate with operations staff to minimise downtime while upholding safety standards.
• Assist with installation and commissioning of new attractions when needed.
