AI Video Creator

About the role

We are looking for an AI Video Creator to shape how Base360 appears on video across the web. You will turn our product into launch videos, ads and social clips that capture attention and evoke emotion. This is a hands‑on, creative role at the intersection of storytelling, motion design and the latest AI tools.

Key responsibilities

• Create emotional, scroll‑stopping video content such as product launches, ads, social clips and brand films.
• Use AI tools end‑to‑end (Runway, Sora, Kling, ElevenLabs, Midjourney and emerging solutions) for video, voice, image and music generation.
• Animate and edit with motion design, product demos, kinetic typography and smooth transitions.
• Own ideas from concept through final export – pitch, build and ship the video.
• Produce content for all formats: vertical short‑form for TikTok/Reels, paid‑social ads and hero videos for the website.
• Maintain a consistent premium brand feel across every piece of video.
• Move quickly, test performance data and iterate on successful concepts.

Required profile

• A portfolio that demonstrates high‑quality video and motion work.
• Fluency with AI creative tools and a passion for staying on the cutting edge.
• Strong visual taste that distinguishes premium from cheap.
• Self‑directed and fast – can turn a rough idea into a polished video without hand‑holding.
• Ability to hook attention within the first three seconds.
• Bonus: experience with short‑form social, paid‑ad creative or building a brand’s video presence from scratch.

Required skills

• Runway
• Sora
• Kling
• ElevenLabs
• Midjourney
