Applications & DevOps Consultant

About the role

The Applications & DevOps Consultant will lead post‑sales activities, assessing solution specifications against evolving customer needs and designing both on‑premises and cloud migration solutions. You will work closely with customer business, development, and infrastructure teams to deliver scalable, highly available applications on Microsoft Azure.

Key responsibilities

• Run and manage proof‑of‑concepts (POC) and respond to requests for proposals (RFP) from a presales and implementation perspective.
• Architect scalable, highly available application solutions leveraging Microsoft services.
• Implement DevOps practices, including infrastructure as code, continuous integration, and automated deployment.
• Participate in design, development, review, and testing for application and data modernization projects.
• Ensure data storage and processing comply with security policies and cloud‑security best practices.
• Identify and resolve infrastructure vulnerabilities and deployment issues.
• Create and execute roadmaps to modernize applications and migrate them to Azure using ARM, Azure Policy, Blueprints, and integrated deployment pipelines.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to evaluate optimal cloud solutions and contribute to internal R&D projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of relevant experience in cloud architecture, DevOps, or application modernization.
