About the role

Join the Waldorf Astoria Doha team as an Arabic Coffee Service Attendant and become the first friendly face that greets guests with a warm cup of traditional Arabic coffee. In this role you will help create memorable moments by delivering attentive, personalized service in a luxurious hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve traditional Arabic coffee according to established quality and presentation standards.
• Welcome guests with genuine hospitality, offering attentive and personalized coffee service.
• Maintain clean, polished coffee pots, cups, trays and service areas at all times.
• Monitor and restock coffee, dates, cups, napkins and other service items as needed.
• Keep the Arabic coffee station and surrounding areas organized and ready for service throughout the day.
