About the role

Creovo Media is seeking a motivated Arabic‑speaking Telemarketing Executive to support its business development efforts. The role focuses on contacting potential corporate clients, presenting the company’s media services, and arranging meetings for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective business clients and introduce Creovo Media’s offerings.
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities through telephone conversations.
• Record client requirements, update lead information, and maintain an organized database.
• Schedule appointments and follow up with prospects via phone and WhatsApp.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth hand‑over of qualified leads.
• Prepare regular reports on call activity, lead status, and follow‑up outcomes.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in telemarketing, telesales, customer service or a related field.
• Strong verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Professional demeanor when interacting with business clients.
• Good organizational and follow‑up abilities.
