Architect – Luxury Interior & Equipment Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Architect to lead luxury interior design and equipment‑related projects in Qatar. The successful candidate will translate high‑end concepts into detailed shop drawings, coordinate with clients, and ensure flawless project execution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop concept designs, mood boards, and detailed shop drawings for luxury interiors.
• Lead interior fit‑out, furnishing, and contemporary furniture detailing.
• Coordinate with clients and multidisciplinary teams to ensure project milestones are met.
• Apply strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and specifications to high‑end projects.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards where applicable.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of relevant experience, preferably in Qatar.
• Valid QID and NOC, ready to join immediately.
• Proven track record in luxury interior design and equipment projects.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, and Revit.
• Strong understanding of space planning, aesthetics, and functionality.
• Knowledge of high‑end interior materials, finishes, and specifications.
