About the role
We are seeking an Architectural Aluminum Engineer to lead the design and production of aluminium façade systems for our hospitality projects in Doha. The role bridges the gap between factory fabrication and on‑site installation, ensuring high‑quality delivery aligned with contract documents.
Key responsibilities
- Develop design prototypes, workshop drawings and production sheets for aluminium elements.
- Coordinate between the manufacturing plant and construction site to optimise workflow and schedule.
- Prepare detailed fabrication drawings, material cut lists and conduct inspections.
- Verify bills of quantities and invoices for accuracy.
- Supervise a team of draftsmen and technicians, maintaining productivity and quality standards.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably with metal glazed façades and finishing works.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor technical teams.
