Architectural BIM Modeler – Qatar Project

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Architectural BIM Modeler for an HMC project in Qatar. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in architectural BIM modeling, Revit, and Scan-to-BIM, with a strong understanding of construction drawings and multidisciplinary coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate architectural BIM models using Revit.
• Create architectural models based on design drawings, site information, and project requirements.
• Support Scan-to-BIM workflows and develop models from point‑cloud data.
• Coordinate architectural models with other disciplines and review drawings for discrepancies.
• Update models based on design changes, site conditions, and coordination requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Architectural BIM Modeler.
• Strong proficiency in Revit and BIM tools.
• Experience in building/construction projects.
• Mandatory experience in Scan-to‑BIM and familiarity with Autodesk ReCap.
• Good understanding of architectural drawings and construction documentation.
• Immediate availability preferred; ability to interview at short notice.
