Architectural BIM Modeler Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Architectural BIM Modeler Specialist to lead BIM development for modular architectural projects. The role involves creating high‑quality BIM models, ensuring they meet Level of Development standards, and collaborating closely with design, engineering, and construction teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage BIM models for architectural modular projects.
• Ensure BIM models comply with required Level of Development (LOD) standards throughout all project phases.
• Coordinate with design teams to maintain model accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Perform clash detection and coordination using Revit and Navisworks.
• Create and implement shop drawings in Revit.
• Collaborate with engineers and contractors to support smooth project delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Architectural BIM, focusing on modular design.
• Proficiency with BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, or equivalent tools.
• Strong understanding of architectural construction methods and modular systems.
• In‑depth knowledge of Level of Development (LOD) standards and their application.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
